Installing evaluation key fails with error "failed to install key"
Description

From NVBU 8.63 it is not possible to install an evalatuon key on top of a permanent one. This was introduced in 8.63 to avoid overwriting permanent key.
For example, you will not install an NDMP eval key on top of an existing NDMP permanent key.
Resolution

A permanent key has to be obtained from Licensing then installed on the client or server.
