Issue: The Temp Files list of the Default Policy Profile in NVFR v4.2.x and earlier contains a typographical error. For Excel files, it includes "~$*.xslx" instead of "~$*.xlsx" (the "sl" should be "ls"). This can cause the following error message to appear:
"NVFR Client: Starting FULL resync. Connection reestablished. Previous connection lost due to following condition: Internal error: XDMP apply_delta failed: LBDM_INVALID_STATE: Invalid BDM handle state for requested operation (58002)."
Solution: To ensure that the temporary files for Microsoft Excel 2007/2010 are excluded from protection and to avoid the preceding issue, you must manually edit the Temp Files list to correct this error. To do so, add "~$*.xlsx" and, optionally, remove the "~$*.xslx" entry.
