Cause:
In NetVault version 7.4.1 and earlier, the device template the Quantum PX500 series is not installed as default.
Upgrade to NetVault 7.4.2 or later, or contact BakBone Customer Support to obtain the template. The template is in the form of a standard NetVault package which can be installed on the Server/SmartClient.
