Symptoms:
Netvault Report jobs hang and never complete, they have to be aborted.
Using "Run and notify" also hangs the window but does complete the report and send out the notification.
When left running - two report producing plugins and a job manager process can be seen running.
1) delete the file NETVAULT_HOME/reports/jobhistory.bin (this can be done while Netvault is running).
2) re-run the report.
The one caveat to this is that the ability to browse historical reports will be lost, although the reports themselves can still be found on the disk (until purged).
Reason:
The jobhistory.bin file contains the list of recently run (and not purged) reports. This file can sometimes become corrupted, particularily on a busy system, probably as a result of a report job failing.
