Restoring sybase database fails when the password for is longer than 7 letters. (4044336)

Description:
Restoring sybase database fails when the password for sybase user's password is longer than 7 letters.

Symptoms:
Restore fails with error message "Failed to connect to server XXXX - Check password or server is not running".

Cause of problem:
With version 2.303 of the Sybase APM the "Password" field on [Restore Options] tab will only recognize only up to 7 letters.

Ask system administrator to change Sybase user's password to another one that consists of 6 or 7 letters. Note that with isql specification, a user can't set a password shorter than 6 letters.
