Description:
After creating a new VTL VDL (Virtual Tape Library)and adding it to NetVault Device Management all the media is labelled as OTHER and can't be blanked.
Symptoms:
You see all tapes marked as "OTHER" -
Resolution
Stopping and then Starting the NetVault service appears to clear up the problem so all tapes are now seen as blank. -
