Description:
Returning a tape from a drive to a slot failed.
Symptoms:
The following SCSI errors may be contained in NetVault's Log:
Move media ' ' from 'DRIVE X:'xxxxxxx' to 'SLOT Y' failed

Cause:
This is a hardware error reported to NetVault by the library. It can be caused by a tape becoming jammed, or a robotics failure. NetVault will consequently take the drive down, as it can not determine the status of the drive.
Shutdown NetVault and resolve the hardware problem. Hardware vendor assistance may be required.
