Description
New install of vRanger will not start. It will hang at "initializing core components" stage.

Cause
This is a permissions issue on the Windows 7 machine. The ID you are logged in as (even if Domain admin) needs to be a member of the local admin group.

Resolution
Check local permissions, Log in as admin on the Windows 7 machine, and run vRanger that way.
