Description:
Previously working Exchange Server backup will no longer work.
Having a problem with Exchange backups. Had previously worked, but now cannot even drill down/open it, just gets "Plugin Died unexpectedly".
Symptoms:
Backups fail with the error "Plugin Died unexpectedly". Attempting to open the Exchange Server in the Backup window results in the same error.
The message "Application error, faulting application nvexchange" will appear the Exchange logs.
This problem can sometimes be solved by copying the file
[drive]:\Program Files\Exchsvr\bin\esebcli2.dll
to
[drive]:\Program Files\Bakbone Software\NetVault\bin\esebcli2.dll
