When applying a license file, a dialog box indicates that the "Product key is appliance specific and cannot be used for this Core"

Please make sure that the correct license file has been selected. If indeed the server is a DL appliance, please ensure that it wasn't de-branded. If the appliance was de-branded, please contact your sale representative to request the change of the hardware license for a software one.
