Cannot connect to system. System does not power on (4043889)

Cannot connect to system. System does not power on

Remote connection to the DR does not work. Cannot access webGUI and cannot access CLI.

When powering on the system there is no response. The power button does not light up, no lights on the system, no fan noise.

Action:

1. Check iDRAC connection for power actions
2. Check power supply handles (red, green or white)Check power cables by using a different cable
3. Check power outlet (wall/intelligent rack/UPS) by trying a different outlet
4. Remove one of the power supplies and use only the one PSU to power on the system

Resolution:

1. Cold reboot the system
2. Replace the system board
