How to enable web-service worker traces? (4043738)

Nvwsworker can generate a large amount of trace files.  This has the potential to fill up disk space.  This will show you how to enable or disable web service worker traces by default.

The steps to enable web-service worker traces is to change following stanza in $NVHOME/config/tracing.cfg file from true to false.

[nvwsworker]

Filter = KillAll

FilterEnabled = true

[nvwsworker]

Filter = KillAll

FilterEnabled = false

This has been changed in Sunline M1R1 release Build3 (11.1.1.3)

The new steps to enable disk tracing for web-service worker process is as follow:

1. Go to Change Settings
2. Server or Client Settings
3. Diagnostic Tracing
4. Manage Trace Filters
5. Search and select for Web Service Worker from the table
6. Edit
7. Uncheck 'Enable Filter'
8. click Update
