Cause
From the traces MTF sees an Invalid DBLK signature.

Resolution
Clients on earlier versions using the AES-256 Encryption Plugin can be processed properly by the Consolidation Plug-in.
Development has confirmed this as the defect NV-1258 and the current target is NV 13.0.2, currently expected for January 2021.
A workaround while we wait for 13.0.2, would be to uninstall NV 13 on the clients where consolidation is required and install NV 12.4.
