You are attempting to perform a file level restore on vRanger. Everything proceeds normally until, instead of being presented with the disk contents, you receive a "Mount Failed" message.
You may not have the NTFS rights to the disk.
Log out of vRanger and log back in with an account that has rights to the disk and the files on it. If vRanger is not a domain member and the files being recovered are from a machine that is a domain member, you may need to join vRanger to the domain in order to log in using a domain account.
