Could not start plugin 'Reports Producer' on client machine
Description

All report jobs are failing with error messages similar to the following:

Could not start plugin 'Reports Producer' on client machine (19)
Fatal error: Failed to start plugin

Or reports are missing from the list of available reports.
Cause

Reports Producing APM may be corrupt and needs to be reinstalled.
Resolution

-- Launch NetVault GUI on your server.
-- Go to Left Navigation pane
-- Click "Manage Clients"
-- Select NetVault server from client list.
-- Click "Manage"
-- Select "-" to Remove Software. Select to Uninstall the Report Producing APM.
-- Once removed, select "+ Install Software. Browse to the following path:
Quest/netvault/packages/standard
Note: The exact file name will depend on the Report Plugin version. Select rptxxx.npk
-- Run command prompt as admin. Change to the following path: Quest/netvault/util
-- Run the following utility: nvaddcannedreports
This utility will recreate the canned reports.
