Here are some general steps on how to Edit/Customize a Report, that you may want to run... the actual report, and fields you add/remove, will be up to you.
Resolution
Launch NetVault GUI Console
Click on Reports
Right click on the report you would like to Customize & Choose Edit/View Job...
Click on the "Component", then choose to Edit it
On the Reports Component Editor window, click on the "Field Selection" tab
Here... you will see all the fields that are currently within your report, as well as though available to you to add to the report. *****NOTE**** Keep in mind, the Fields you find in say a Job Report, will not also be available in a Media Report... and vise versa!
Once you've made your changes: ***IMPORTANT*** Change the name of the "Component Title", as you do "NOT" want to overwrite the original canned report component. Once you've changed the name, you may save it.
Now that you've saved the previous window changes, you will now need to ****IMPORTANT**** Change the name of the reports "Job Title", as you do "NOT" want to overwrite the original canned report component. Once you've changed the name, you may save it.
Now that you have made all your changes, renamed and saved your reports... you may now right click the report you edited and choose the option to "Run & View", so that you can see how your report came out and if it's to your liking, or if you want to tweak it a little more.
