Description:
The filesystem plugin sometimes does not exclude files in system32/config directory by default on some of his Windows 2003 systems, NetVault reports a warning that "xx items and their contents could not be backed up".

Symptoms:
The log context shows:
C:\Documents and Settings\next\NTUSER.DAT : The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
C:\Documents and Settings\next\ntuser.dat.LOG : The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
C:\Program Files\BakBone Software\NetVault\etc\process manager service.lck : Error reading data for backup
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\default : The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
C:\WINDOWS\system32\config\default.LOG : The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
