You are attempting to replicate from an ESXi 5 host to an ESX(i) 4.1 host.
Due to incompatible hardware versions (HW version 8 ) v's ( HW version 7) this is not possible.
ESXi 5 hardware version is 8.
ESX(i) 4 hardware version is 7.
VRanger will not allow you to configure this replication job - it will detect that the target host ESX(i) 4.1 is not compatible with the source host.
1. Configure your replication jobs so that you can replicate from ESX(i) 4.1 to ESX(i) 5.
2. Consider upgrading the non-compatible hosts so you can replicate from ESX(i) 5.
