NetVault Backup Install Fails with postinstall.sh error 26 (4043416)

Description:
Install or upgrade fails with postinstall.sh error 28. During the install of Netvault Backup relocating the database works when writing to the same drive. However if relocating the database to D: will fail.

Symptoms:
postinstall running

Creating database directory D:\Program Files\BakBone Software\NetVault\db
Failed to create 'D:\Program Files\BakBone Software\NetVault\db'
Failed to create database directory. Check that the parent directory allready exists.
Failed to execute 'chmod 777 "C:\Program Files\BakBone Software\NetVault/tmp"'

Solution/Workaround/Procedure
Manually create the database directory and during the install use the browse button to set the database location.
