Description:
"Error 4352" messages appear in the Mirapoint Message Server's logs during an NDMP backup.

Symptoms:
The following errors occur in the Mirapoint Message Server's logs during an NDMP backup-

2006 Sep 13 15:43:16 Notice: callbacks.cc:45 ndmp-image: performing prolog for image backup.
2006 Sep 13 15:43:22 Warning: callbacks.cc:54 ndmp-image: /usr/sbin/image_prolog: unknown error 4352 during backup
2006 Sep 13 15:43:22 Notice: callbacks.cc:45 ndmp-image: backing up /usr/store. Level 0 requested by DMA.

Abort any NetVault:Backup currently running jobs, and restart the NDMP service on the Mirapoint Message Server.

1. Log into the Mirapoint Message Server
2. Issue the command 'service stop ndmp'
3. Issue the command 'service start ndmp'
