The binary log shows entries as follows in regards to a repeat connection being made to the Smartdisk Server:
Information <DATE/TIME> ...<JOBID> ... <SERVER> .... Connected to DAV server 'x4500-3' at address '130.104.4.35', port '21000'
The connection goes down after 14 seconds:
Severe Error <DATE/TIME> ...<JOBID> ... <SERVER> Failed to connect to all known addresses for device 'x4500-3'
This can be caused by a bug or misconfiguration on a Firewall that causes packets get dropped, causing the restore hob to loose its connection to the Smartdisk server.
Correcting the firewall issue resulted in the packets no longer being dropped a restore completed as expected.
