Rapid Recovery Core service crashes due to connectivity failure with License Portal.
Cause
In the Rapid Recovery logs, the warning "Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream. (0x80131620)"repeats itself massively, flooding the Core service and making it crash.
Resolution
In order to remedy this situation, you will need to allow traffic to and from the following addresses in your firewall configuration:
License Portal:
services.licenseportal.com
License Portal API:
api.licenseportal.com
Quest QorePortal and License Portal Broker:
bbportal-service-bus.servicebus.windows.net
bbportal-service-bus2.servicebus.windows.net
bbportal-service-bus3.servicebus.windows.net
bbportal-service-bus4.servicebus.windows.net
bbportal-service-bus5.servicebus.windows.net
bbportal-service-bus6.servicebus.windows.net
This will stop the connectivity error message from recurring and will in turn allow the Core service to remain stable.
