Creating a Protection Schedule Template, with a 24h Interval and applying this Template to protected machines, will cause below warnings on the Rapid Recovery Core.
Example;
From the protected machines Summary Page. The 'Current Schedule' will list the backup interval as (0min) and 'Next Snapshot' as 1/1/0001, if the configuration has been setup with a 24h interval template.
After a service restart or an upgrade, you may see the Warning banner on top of the Core UI, to indicate this issue;
Some services have failed to initialize. Try to restart them. Details

This has been identified as product defect RR-109188
The defect RR-109188, will be evaluated by our Product team for inclusion in a future release.

Workaround:
Set a different schedule. For an example use the Backup Daily option, or set the schedule manually if you want to use a 24h interval, not using a template. Or set the template interval to backup once every 23:59h
Changing the schedule for all machines affected and restarting the Core service, will resolve the 'transferSchedulerService' failing to start.
