When attempting a backup I get: Error Message: 3010 - FATAL unknown_io unknown I/O method vix [at io_check_size:118].
Another machine is using the same IP address that the VA(s) are using.
One of these options can be used to correct the issue.
1. Locate and change the IP address of the offending machine.
2. Add a static IP to the VA or change it's reservation on the DHCP server.
If using DHCP the IP address is likely an old reservation no longer is use.
Once the IP issue is resolved click on Tools > Options > Virtual Appliance > Configuration and remove the VA (do not select remove from Host).
Refresh vRanger's inventory.
Click on Tools > Options > Virtual Appliance > Add and find the VA that needs to be added back to vRanger.
3. Delete and redeploy the VA (By doing this a new DHCP IP should be assigned to the newly deployed VA).
