Quest Licensing Library Installation Failed (4042723)

After previous version of vRanger was uninstalled, the full installer fails with the following error: "Quest Licensing Library Installation Failed and exited with '1603'".

The uninstaller deleted an MSI file that was associated with "Quest License", but didn't clean up registry entries properly, so the vRanger installer couldn't update or re-install "Quest License" software.

WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.

1. Open up Registry Editor.
2. Delete the following keys (if they exist):
   
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Installer\Products\0B48A4A27A20DBC4EBB5EE690C1599F4
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\0B48A4A27A20DBC4EBB5EE690C1599F4
   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{2A4A84B0-02A7-4CBD-BE5B-EE96C051994F}

• Exit Registry Editor.
• Run vRanger installer again.
