Marketing End-of-Life (MEOL) As outlined in the NetVault: Backup APM CY2006 Going Forward End-of-Life Policy, BakBone’s Marketing End-of-Life (MEOL) for NetVault: Backup for Novell NetWare Thin Client Platforms is designated as March 31, 2006.
Full Support
Full Support for the above listed Novell NetWare Thin Client Platforms will be provided by BakBone Software, Inc until June 30, 2006.
Full Support includes the following:
Telephone and electronic support consisting of:
Answers to the customer’s questions
Workarounds, where possible
Escalation support, response time adherence
Bug fixes for all severities where commercially feasible
Enhancement Requests
Certification with newer OS versions that are certified by the application vendor for operating systems that are already supported by NetVault Backup.

Sustaining Support:
Sustaining Support for the above listed Novell NetWare Thin Client Platforms will be provided until September 30, 2006 at no additional cost to the NetVault: Backup customer.
