If you are seeing the 'No Suitable Media' message on a Restore job, then it is likely that a tape or piece of media needed for the restore job is missing from the library.
To find out what tapes are needed for the restore, locate the saveset you wish to restore in the restore screen. Right click (or control click) and select 'Media List' from the pop-up window. You should then see a window with a list of tapes needed to do that restore and a status of 'Online' or 'Offline' for each one. Be sure all the necessary media is 'Online' before submitting the restore job.
