API call timeout value was reached. For Guest Quiescing, several things cause this:
1. Make sure other backup software's Agent is not installed on the VM (check to see if the other Agent's service is installed).
2. The VMware Snapshot Provider service is installed and set to Automatic.
3. The Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy service is set to Manual.
4. Check if a manual quiesced snapshot can be made using the vSphere client directly.
