Core server configuration can be exported and restored from a XML file:

Restore configuration is looking for the ApprecoveryCoreConfigrationBackup.xml file in the location specified on the Local path field. Core service will stop and start back during the process.

Note 1: Configuration XML file is automatically saved in the Core repository folders, so the Core configuration restoration can be also done using that file.
Note 2: The XML file contains ONLY Rapid Recovery Core settings information. When restoring the settings on a Core installation on a different server, Windows information such as certificate are not included. This could cause problem authenticating with other systems (e.g. a virtual environment that is protected agentless). Therefore, use this feature only when settings will be restore to the same system. Restoration of settings to an alternate system cannot be guaranteed to work properly.
