Transfer jobs for agents with SentinelOne AV fail with 'Alphaleonis.Win32.Vss.VssWMComponent' error (4041805)

Shadow copies are filling up space on the agent disks and causing Rapid Recovery backups to fail with VSS errors.

On the core console, the agent backups are failing with the following error:
- The transfer failed: 'Call to service method https://agent_name:8006/apprecovery/api/agent/transfer/snapshots POST failed: The transfer failed: 'Key being added: 'Alphaleonis.Win32.Vss.VssWMComponent'''

SentinelOne is an antivirus solution, that uses shadow copy as a protection against virus and ransomware attacks.  That causes Shadow Copy storage to get filled up and, in turn, causes Rapid Recovery backups to fail because no more shadow copies can be created. 

SentinelOne has its own VSS Writers that fails to be called when a Rapid Recovery backup is running.

The following recommendations need to be applied in order to successful backup the server.

On the agent machine:

1. Add antivirus exclusions
2. Lift the size restriction on snapshot growth

On the core server:

1. Add antivirus exclusions
2. Exclude SentinelOne VSS Writers:
   • Open the Core Console, navigate to the Protected Machines menu on the left side of the Core Console, select the machine you wish to adjust, and click on Settings.
   • On the Transfer settings, there is a VSS writers list, select the following VSS Writers and hit the 'No':
     • Sentinel Agent Database VSS Writer
     • Sentinel Agent DFI Research Data VSS Writer
     • Sentinel Agent Log VSS Writer
     • Sentinel Agent Research Data VSS Writer
   • Select the checkmark box and hit the check to apply the change, the writer setting will change to 'Yes'.

3. Retry snapshot.
