Core contacts the license portal successfully, but after a service restart, the license portal returns an error that the license is in use.
Core registry is missing an entry for CoreID. Every time the core service is restarted, the license portal thinks it’s a different machine.

Quest does not provide support for problems that arise from improper modification of the registry. The Windows registry contains information critical to your computer and applications.
