You are unable to create any backup jobs that use the VMware Plug-in. Existing jobs may also begin failing.
The following error may also appear:
"incorrect username or password" when trying to browse the vcenter through Netvault
This maybe caused by an expired or changed password for the account used by NetVault to attach to the VMware environment, either Virtual Center or ESX(i) host.

To correct this issue the VMware Plug-in configuration must be changed to reflect the correct credentials.
1) logon to the NetVault webUI
2) click on Create Backup Job
3) on the Selections line click Create New
4) expand the client running the VMware Plug-in
5) Select Configure to change the Username and/or Password
