Description
Error during request execution message displayed in core console when trying to download agent or local mount utility from core console.

Cause
The Installers folder is missing from C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core or the executables (Agent-Web.exe and LocalMountUtility.exe) are missing from C:\Program Files\AppRecovery\Core\Installers folder. -
Resolution
Please run a repair on the Core installation per kb below.
