Description
Either you cannot protect or an already protected Windows Server 2008 machine appears offline even though the server is up and the Agent service is running.
Ping and telnet to port 8006 from Core to Agent both work fine, however, the Core cannot access the URL

Cause
Windows update KB4019276 has been recently installed on the server. -
Resolution
WORKAROUND: Look for Windows update KB4019276, uninstall it, reboot server and it should start working now.
