To upload these files directly to the Service Request, complete the following steps:1. Go to Manage Service Request.2. Enter your Quest support credentials3. Locate the service request to be updated and click on the hyperlink to open it4. Click Attachment5. Click Choose File6. Navigate to the file to be uploaded7. Click Save
NOTE: If you do not know or have lost your Quest support password, please use the Forgot Password hyperlink on the same page to reset your password.
