Replication is showing established on both cores, you are also able to pause replication and/or delete and the status for replication shows as paused or removed. A simple reboot of the cores will not resolve the concern. You will need to delete all the replication configuration, but keep recovery points.
At some point, the registry keys for replication became corrupted. The cause is unknown at this time but in previous cases it’s occurred after system updates, canceling replication and stopping the service before the replication fully cancels. If you open the registry keys for replication on both cores; they show all the correct values listed.
