When attempting an FLR on an archive taken from a Windows Server 2012 machine, the FLR mount fails with the error "IOException: The file cannot be accessed by the system".
In order to perform FLRs against Windows Server 2012 archives, vRanger itself must be installed on a Windows Server 2012 machine. If that is the case, the most likely cause for this error is that the Microsoft software de-duplication engine is running on the machine from which the archive was taken, but is NOT running on the vRanger Windows Server 2012 machine.
In order to perform FLRs against 2012 R2, vRanger itself must be on 2012 R2 OS.
