Jobs are stuck in running and cannot abort or stop them (4040371)

Jobs are stuck in "Running" state. There is no additional log and there is no way to abort or stop the jobs. When abort is tried, prompt says:

The job is not running

The traces shows:

Upgrade to NetVault backup 10.0.1 or higher
