NV11.x Incorrect start date, start time, and end time displayed in Historic Job reports (4039914)

Under NetVault 11.x (including 11.3), when running NetVault historic job reports, you may notice incorrect 'start date', 'start time' and 'end time' are displayed and received in email notification reports.

NetVault is converting all local times to GMT time.

The following 3 bugs have been identified and will be resolved: 32288, 32790 and 32028. 

• Corrected an issue in which the job ‘Start Time’ was incorrect in the report ‘Historic Jobs- by date’
  when you export the report as PDF.
