It is observed that a backup job fails with the following error:
"Encryption Plugin is not licensed"
Please navigate to 'Manage Clients' and install the license here - type the license into the field, do not copy and paste.
Ensure that you are installing a standard encryption license for the standard plugin, and the advanced encryption license for the advanced plugin.
On the other hand, Encryption plugin is included with NetVault 13; no additional license is required to be purchased. To take advantage of this feature, please upgrade NetVault to the latest supported version.
