Title
"Invalid Group Name" error and Replay Engine section missing following Rapid Recovery installation or upgrade. -
Description
Following a successful Rapid Recovery installation or upgrade an "Invalid Group Name" error is displayed in the GUI.
Further investigation within the Core settings will reveal the Replay Engine section (where the Admin group is defined is missing).

Cause
This is identified as Defect D-32368
The ReplayEngineService cannot start due to a hardcoded reference to the builtin Administrators group name. For localized, Non English Operating Systems the referenced administrator group may need to be be changed to reflect regional variations.

Resolution
WORKAROUND- Open Regedit
- Browse to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AppRecovery\Core\ReplayEngine]
- Change the AdministratorsGroupName key to the name of the local admin group recognised by the OS, for example - BUILTIN\\Administratoren
- Restart the Dell Data Protection | Rapid Recovery Core Service
