When trying to expand "Web Applications" for Sharepoint backup, an error shows:
"Unable to obtain a list of Web Applications from the SharePoint server
Check NetVault Logs for errors"
WORKAROUND
Use Domain\Administrator account. If Administrator account is not possible due to security or company policies or it does not work as well, disable User Account Control (UAC). In Windows 2008 R2, just change UAC setting to 'Never Notify' to disable UAC. In Windows 2012 or 2012 R2, that is not enough. The 'Never Notify' setting still leaves UAC enabled. You need to turn off UAC by changing registry key 'EnableLUA' from 1 to 0 in:
'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system'
This will require a reboot.
