1. Open a web browser and go to:
https://rapidrecovery.licenseportal.com/
or
https://licenseportal.com
2. If you have already registered your product, please login using the Email Address you registered with and password.
3. If you cannot remember your password, please click on "Forgot your password?" to be sent a weblink to reset your password.
4. If you have not yet registered your product, please click on "Register" to complete the registration process. The following information is needed for registration:
a. First Name
b. Last Name
c. Email Address
d. Password
e. License Number or Service Tag (if you have already purchased your product) or choose "Register for Trial" (if you are testing the product).
f. Company Name
NOTE:
i. Click on the "Details" button to insert additional information.
ii. Be sure to CONFIRM your email to unlock the management options - check in Spam or Junk mail if you cannot find the confirmation email in your Inbox.
5. On the top left corner you may see that there is the Group name but if there is a triangle pointing downwards, you can click on it to see the other groups like:
Rapid Recovery (Default)
(Appliances)
(Capacity)
6. Select the correct group from where you need to get the license and click on the "License Key" drop-down button (near the Top-Right corner of the webpage) to download the License Key file. You may also download the Legacy Key.
7. Go back to the Rapid Recovery Core Settings (Sprocket button) and reach the "License" section and click on the "Change License" button to apply the correct license.
