Archive to Amazon Glacier hangs at beginning phase. Message: "Running pre writing segment Power Shell script"
Description
Archive to Amazon S3 jobs work without problems. With enabled Glacier option, jobs hang at the phase "Running pre writing segment Power Shell script" and never gets past it.
Cause
Issue with AWS
Resolution
The issue is caused by error on Amazon side, where bucket can be seen in AWS Web Console, however when queried through AWS CLI, produce the "invalid bucket" error. Same error is shown in Core logs.
