Can't restore files from windows profile directories, when restoring from a backup the folder is empty.
When a full restore is performed the folder is populated correctly and all files are present.
User permissions set on original directories prevent file access.
Add the user with permissions to the particular file to vRanger administrators.
Run the vRanger software using that user.
Perform FLR of the machine.
Files for that user will now be visible and can be restored.
