Media changer not seen in NetVault or Windows Device Manager
Description

Media changer (Library Arm) not seen in NetVault when adding a Device or when viewing Windows Device Manager.
Cause

1. Cabling and/or Interface Hardware is defective.
2. Robotic library’s Media Management not set to Random
Resolution

1. Verify Cabling and Interface's are in working order.
2. Verify that the robotic library’s Media Management is set to Random. See Media Library vendors Administration Guide on how to configure Media Management.
