Restore error: 'No Indexes found' on DR4000
Description

The following error was experienced when trying to complete a restore from a DR4000
'No Indexes found'
Cause

Indexes were shown as offline
Could not online the index from the GUI
Resolution

Confirm there is no job running from/to the DR
Rescan the DR to read the indexes back in again
