Description

Backups fail with: Error: 2760 - FATAL vix_cant_open_detail VIX can't open [Datastorename] VMname/vmname.vmdk (You do not have access rights to this file) [at vddkd_open_internal:544] [at vix_open:341]
The datastore name changes depending on the VM.
Cause

A defective driver for the AMS module for HP Blade servers
HEAP Global errors are also noticed when starting the VA.
Resolution

You may upgrade to the driver mentioned in the HP link:
