Description

It is observed that all backups and File Level Restores are failing with “Error: 3181 – FATAL rofs_ver_check RDA SDK failed trying to verify server version (Access denied) [at rofs _version_check:178]”
Cause

After reinstallation of vRanger 7.1 on a new server, credentials for Repository and vCenter were not provided.
Resolution

Provide credentials for Repository and vCenter.
