Backup was successful but the logs shows that some files could not be indexed:
TaskID x <number of files> files could not be indexed
It is usually log files that have this problem and if there is no log rotation available for them, then they will just grow fragmented again (pretty quickly). These excluded files are not fatal to the whole backup, it means that some individual files cannot be recovered. The whole VM image still can be recovered and those files are still included as part of that. Defragging the VM may help but not recommended for those log files since they will just get too fragmented quickly.
